We want to provide a platform, to get more of our people into work and to upskill and train people in the industry and get them into full time positions within major companies, and maybe even look at becoming contractors themselves and starting their own businesses. We hope to elevate the vision of those who work with us and give them a steppingstone in which to reach their goals.

About Us

We are a labour hire company which supplies labour in the building construction and civil workforce. We supply to many companies large & small who undertake projects in these fields through both direct & subcontracts. We are largely based in the Auckland region but have contacts and potential clients throughout the North Island

Nez & Co is founded and run by Directors Nehemiah (Nez) Tangianau and Marie Tangianau, a husband and wife team, who first started the Company in November 2017. The Nez & Co name was designed to be inclusive and stands for Nez (who is the founder of the Company) and Co (the people who will be working with & within the Company). The logo was also designed with this same concept in mind with Nez being of Cook Island descent hence the 15 stars of the Cook Islands, with the koru within representing Marie who is of Maori descent, and the smaller koru’s representing our workforce.
